Textile Designer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create original designs, sketches, and samples for presentation to the Creative Director.
- Experiment with color, fabric, and texture to create unique patterns.
- Conduct trend research through trade publications, online platforms, and fashion forecasts.
- Propose design ideas and concepts aligned with brand aesthetics and seasonal themes.
- Operate and program têxtile printing machines efficiently.
- Ensure all sample pieces meet quality standards and measurement specifications prior to mass production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and production timelines.
- Manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with professionalism and precision.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the fashion or têxtile industry is an added advantage.
- Strong interest and passion for fashion and têxtile trends.
- Excellent stress management and time management skills, especially during peak production seasons.
- Highly disciplined, responsible, and self-motivated with a positive work attitude.
- Capable of working independently and under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in Putra Heights, Subang Jaya. (10-mins by walking to Putra Heights LRT Station).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
