About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated
Business Development Executive

to join our dynamic team and support scientific research and innovation projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong business background, sharp strategic thinking, and the ability to build meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business development workflows between Biorism and partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in life science, wellness, and technology sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clients, and research collaborators.
  • Support the commercialization of research-driven innovations and contribute to market expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the R&D team to align business objectives with product potential.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and market insights to support data-driven decisions.

Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of working/business experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinker with solid business acumen and problem-solving ability.
  • Curious about science, innovation, and sustainability.
  • Independent, proactive, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Must be fluent in Malay and English (spoken and writing).
