About the role

This full-time Business Development Executive position at COLLECTCO SERVICES SDN. BHD.' provides an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company. Based in Jaya One, Petaling Jaya, you will play a key role in the company's new business development efforts within the sales industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through prospecting and networking
  • Initiate and build relationships with potential clients
  • Recruit mom and pop shops to join CollectCo network.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close new business deals
  • Maintain strong client relationships

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in new business development or sales, preferably within the sales industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales best practices
