**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet clients’ needs and align with the company’s offerings.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, outlining the company’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation in the region.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure profitable long-term partnerships.
- **Performance Tracking & Reporting**:
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress toward goals.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports detailing sales forecasts, opportunities, challenges, and outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in managing a sales team and executing regional sales strategies.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- **Skills**:
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
