Primary Responsibilities
- Handling of day-to-day basis on Purchase Orders, including but not limited to:
(a) Acknowledging and providing delivery dates to the Customers

(b) Internal coordination with various departments to achieve required delivery dates

(c) Coordination with Logistics Department on shipment plans and freight booking arrangements

(d) Data entry and management on ERP related to Purchase Orders
- Forecast Data Management, including but not limited to:
(a) Communication with Customers on Forecast data accuracy, liabilities and other relevant tasks

(b) Data entry and management on ERP related to Forecasting

(c) Forecast Data Analysis
- Ensuring accurate and prompt invoicing to Customers
- Window of communication including non-Production Purchase Order related topics whenever required, such as Engineering Change and Material disposition

Basic Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor of Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain within the field of Manufacturing will be a bonus
- Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel
- Experience in ERP Systems will be a bonus
- Willing to work off office hours when required
- Capable to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding field will be a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
