Sales Executive

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales or corporate business development.
- Knowledge in on/offline business.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Willing to travel for sales calls and events as needed.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese to meet business needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maximize revenue goal as targeted.
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with existing corporate accounts and actively sourcing new business opportunities.
- Conduct daily sales visits, client entertainment, and hotel inspections.
- To organize and arrange familiarization trips (FAM trips) for corporate clients.
- To conduct telemarketing activities to identify new accounts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Liaises with operational departments to ensure guest's requests and expectations are being met.
- Prepares and distributes Events Orders to relevant department in a timely manner.
- Maintains accurate and well-organized records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations.
- Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
