Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Develop visually appealing content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos during training sessions, events, and team-building activities. Edit and produce engaging video content that showcases our programs and client testimonials.
- Graphic Design: Design eye-catching graphics for promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and online ads.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage content calendars, post regularly, and engage with our online community to enhance brand presence. Create a social media calendar.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and training teams to ensure that all visual content aligns with our brand and communicates our message effectively.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in media, photography, videography, and graphic design, and implement new techniques to enhance our visual content.Designing marketing ideas, campaigns, packaging, website, and social media.
- Website/advertising: Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms. Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns. Use analytics tools to track the success of content and make data-driven decisions.

Other : Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in both English and Malay.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
