**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the receptionist, welcoming visiting by greeting them in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
- Coordinate administrative functions and oversee all aspects of general office and departments.
- Control and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, pantry supplies. Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment when needed.
- To monitor overall office cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Assist with general paperwork, data entry, and filing of documents.
- Prepare and maintain company records, forms, and administrative reports.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Take clear and accurate minutes during meetings and circulate to relevant parties.
- Support HR or admin tasks when needed (e.g., employee events, travel arrangements).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and office area.
- To assist in other duties as and when assigned by your superior or any of the company’s dully authorized officers.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative work experience.
- Pleasant personality, responsible, positive mindset and attitude.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
