**Requirements**:

- 3 years of work experience in related field
- Language required: English (Bahasa or Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Posses own Transport
- Possess knowledge, logistics requirements and market trend.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good computer proficiency in MS Office
- Willing to travel Oversea when necessary
- Working Location : Kompleks perabot olak lempit, Banting

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall management, lead the export team and oversee daily operations.
- Maintain productive relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer/agent product complaints (if any), and respond with product complaints, operational issues, and follow up issues until resolved.
- Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders and carriers to meet customer needs and ensure orderly shipment of goods.
- Collect and research market research from overseas.
- Keeping the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention rates and meeting their expectations
- To undertake temporary tasks assigned by management
