RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintaining and tracking project status. To Plan the Sequence of Works, Prepare Weekly and Monthly Schedule of Works Based on Project Timeline, Project Site Requirements, And Monitoring. - Organize Tasks and Work Priorities to Reduce Inefficiency and Achieve Maximum Results. - Leading the weekly project meeting with project managers; updating project progress to senior management. Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Report and Submit Project Manager. - Capturing and analysing issue and risk. These are being channel to the appropriate stakeholder for resolution and mitigation. - Monitoring and tracking project's progress, ensuring the project management office is running effectively to support the delivery of projects and handle any issues that arise. - Accountable to capture minutes' meetings (internal and external parties) and following up of action tasks with respective stakeholders to ensure deliverables are achieved. - Responsible to produce and consolidate weekly and monthly dashboard for management reporting, to aid decision making on issue highlighted. - Contributed in project delivery, sharing views and strategies on project delivery to ensure customer and company's interest are protected - Ensure That All Works Are Executed in Accordance with Approved Method Statement, Safety Procedure and Quality Methods. Tanggungjawab - Mengekalkan dan menjejaki status projek. Merancang urutan kerja, menyediakan rancangan kerja mingguan dan bulanan berdasarkan jadual projek, keperluan tapak projek dan pemantauan. - Atur tugas dan keutamaan untuk mengurangkan ketidakcekapan dan memaksimumkan hasil. - Mengetuai mesyuarat projek mingguan dengan pengurus projek; kemas kini pengurusan kanan tentang kemajuan projek. Sediakan laporan kemajuan harian, mingguan dan bulanan dan serahkan kepada pengurus projek. - Tangkap dan analisa isu dan risiko. Ini sedang diteruskan kepada pihak berkepentingan yang sesuai untuk penyelesaian dan mitigasi. - Pantau dan jejak kemajuan projek dan pastikan Pejabat Pengurusan Projek berfungsi dengan berkesan untuk menyokong penyampaian projek dan menangani sebarang isu yang timbul. - Bertanggungjawab untuk mengambil minit mesyuarat (pihak dalaman dan luaran) dan membuat susulan tugas tindakan dengan pihak berkepentingan yang berkaitan untuk memastikan penyampaian dicapai. - Bertanggungjawab untuk menghasilkan dan menyepadukan papan pemuka pelaporan pengurusan mingguan dan bulanan untuk membantu membuat keputusan mengenai isu tertunggak. - Mengambil bahagian dalam penyampaian projek, berkongsi perspektif dan strategi penyampaian projek untuk memastikan kepentingan pelanggan dan syarikat dilindungi - Pastikan semua kerja dilakukan mengikut penyataan kaedah, prosedur keselamatan dan kaedah kualiti yang diluluskan.
Dynamic Furniture Industries (M) Sdn. Bhd. is founded by our Managing Director, Mr. Khoo Yeow Chong who has more than 29 years of exprience in manafacturing sofas and the state of the art of design and built custom made furniture to cater for the needs of leading hostels, palaces, government departments, golf resort, clubs, cruise liners, banks, retail chain stores and individual end users. He is supported by our Executive Director Madam Tan Bee Ngo who play a pivotal role in the backroom management to ensure continuous supply of resources and materials to facilitate an uninterrupted round the year production to meet all sales targets, delivery deadlines and the compliance of ISO 9001 standards. As our business expanded rapidly, we have acquired a new factory in Banting in order to meet the increased sales volume and for our future expansion. To enhance our image and reputation in the furniture industry, we have developed our very own brands and currently we have 4 brands of furniture which have been exported to various parts of the world and also distributed locally in Malaysia. In order to bring the company to the next level and beyond we have set up factory in Indonesia in November 2012 to cater to the Indonesia market as well as the Asia Pacific market to supplement our existing production line in Malaysia.
