**Responsbities and Authorities**

**1. Packing Operations Management**:

- **Supervise and coordinate daily packing activities to meet production and delivery schedules.**:

- **Ensure packing methods adhere to company standards, minimizing damage during transit.**:

- **Develop and implement packing strategies for diverse product types and sizes.**

**2. Team Supervision**:

- **Lead and motivate the packing team to achieve operational goals.**:

- **Train team members on packing techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.**:

- **Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.**

**3. Quality Assurance**:

- **Inspect packed products to ensure compliance with quality and customer requirements.**:

- **Address any defects or packing issues promptly to avoid delays.**

**4. Inventory and Material Management**:

- **Monitor packing materials inventory and coordinate replenishments to prevent shortages.**:

- **Collaborate with procurement to ensure cost-effective sourcing of packing supplies.**

**5. Process Improvement**:

- **Analyze packing workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.**:

- **Implement lean practices to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.**

**6. Safety and Compliance**:

- **Enforce** **workplace safety standards, including proper handling of products and equipment.**:

- **Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.**

**7. Reporting and Communication**:

- **Prepare reports on packing activities, including productivity, efficiency, and material usage.**:

- **Communicate with production and logistics teams to align packing schedules with shipping timelines.**

**Competency Requirements**
- Certificate or Diploma in Structural/ Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent and /or at least 3-4 years working experience in supervisory role.
- Able to assist in the coordination works amongst the productions team and amongst relevant parties to deliver complete project within deadlines and the required specifications.
- Able to read, understand and interpret engineering/technical drawings.
- Highly self-motivated, poses strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Working knowledge of planned, possess strong leadership maintenance routines and reports in relation to operations and maintenance in Manufacuring related industry.
- Able to plan and work independently.
- Result-driven & action oriented.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Malaysia and/or Chinese.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
