Business Coordinator

**Overview**
We are looking for a qualified and innovative Business Coordinator who will be responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of our operations. This position is required to ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of the organization and offer consistency in service delivery. This position must oversee the performance of every external collection agency’s (ECA) as well as attending to customers’ requests.
**Duties**:
- Report to Business Operations Lead about clients’ processes and procedures, and external collection agencies’ (ECA) performance.
- Track operational costs toward maintaining profit margins.
- Promote efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
- Analyze and maintain operational data.
- Offer excellent customer service.
- Display extensive product knowledge.
- Handle customer complaints brought to the attention.
- Monitor adherence to policies and processes throughout Collection and Recovery processes.
- Ensure positive clients, suppliers, and vendors relationships.
- Perform other relevant duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in operations management, business management, or similar.
- Extensive experience in an operations management position, administration or similar.
- Able to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Words and Excel.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
