Business Coordinator

1) Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies, goals, and objectives.
2) Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
3) Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to overcome challenges.
4) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and present data-driven insights.
5) Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations.
6) Support in creating, updating, and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
7) Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
8) Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
9) Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information.
10) Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.
11) Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve business processes.
12) Assist in business expansion and coordinate with the local authority and adhere to the local law and regulations.
**; Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a business coordinator or similar administrative role, supporting senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the executive and the organization effectively.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu.
