Handling recruitment full spectrum such as advertisement of the vacancy until on-boarding process.
- Forecasting Training Needs & Summarizing into Annual Training Plan.
- Handling and organize Training In house and External for the whole process.
- Maintaining and updating training record
- Issuance of Post Evaluation Training Form and filing
- Administrator for HRDF E-Tris System
- Conducting Internal HQ Training Sessions.
- Handling Foreign Workers support tasks as FOMEMA, Renewal of Permit & Passport etc.
- Support Foreign Workers welfare ; going to clinic, banking purpose, hostel management and transport.
- Responsible to handle renewal and maintaining company license
- Liaise with government bodies.
- Identify aspect and impact of the organization towards the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Responsible for own tasks ISO Documentation to fulfill achieve organization requirements and needs.
- Filling and Documentation ISO Related Documents.
- Prepare Risk Assessment.
- Providing daily administrative support, filing, faxing, photocopying, data entry, documentation processing and etc.
- Person-in charge for company vending machine.
- Handling Utility Bills such as Touch & Go, company petrol card, company phone line and etc.
- Any project that been assigned as Head of Department such as CSR, Company Dinner etc.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 years of experience in Human Resources & Admin or Human Resources Generalist.
- Proven strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, time management and documentation skills.
- Working Hours - 8.00am - 5.00pm)
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
