The Human Resources (HR) Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This role involves developing and executing HR strategies that align with business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Director serves as a strategic partner to leadership and a mentor to the HR team while driving initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- **Strategic planning**: Develops corporate HR plans and aligns HR initiatives with the company's overall strategy
- **Policy development**: Creates and enforces HR policies
- **Budget management**: Manages the HR budget and ensures it's optimized
- **HR metrics**: Tracks HR metrics to analyze the performance of HR initiatives
- **Compliance**: Ensures HR processes comply with employment laws and regulations
- **HR team leadership**: Leads the HR team and supervises HR personnel
- **Employee relations**: Handles employment relations and oversees employee relations with other departments
- **HR functions**: Plans and executes HR functions such as compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and occupational safety
- **HR culture**: Ensures that the HR department and its workings are according to the organization's standards and culture
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
