**Job Summary**:
The Bell Captain is responsible for overseeing the bell staff and ensuring exceptional guest service during arrivals and departures. This role includes managing luggage handling, coordinating transportation, and providing assistance to guests to enhance their overall experience at the hotel.
- Supervise and lead the bell staff to ensure efficient and courteous service.
- Greet arriving guests and assist with luggage handling during check-in and check-out.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests, including taxis and shuttle services.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bell desk and lobby area.
- Monitor staff performance, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and service requests.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hotel industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to speak in English is a must.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with local attractions and services.
- Malaysian citizenship or possession of a valid spouse visa.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
