**Responsibilities**:

- Taking orders from customers and coordinating deliveries.
- ⁠Promoting new and existing value-added products to customers.
- Obtaining pricing information from the superior when requested by customers.
- Provide information about the products and services.
- Answering customers inquiries.
- ⁠Identify and access customers need to achieve satisfaction.
- ⁠Processing orders and returns.
- Documents and updates customer records based on interactions.
- Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

**Qualification**:

- SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree or its equivalent.
- Computer literate, with sales and customer service experience and good public relations skills.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Ability to speak, read and write in Mandarin is highly preferred to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.

**申请者资格：**
- 至少拥有SPM/证书/文凭/学位或同等学历。
- 懂得使用电脑，拥有销售和客户服务经验及良好的公共关系技巧。
- 良好的中、巫、英沟通能力。精通中文（读、写及沟通），将获优先考虑。

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
