Generate documents in relation to Sales (ensure compliance)
- Order acknowledgement to customer.
- Delivery order & invoice.
- Prepare quotation / letter to customer.
- Documents for internal department (eg. FAR, NPR, PAN, GRN, etc).
- Custom form (9&2) & Lampiran GPB.
- Weekly collection update to Finance Department.
- Provide customer service.
- Attend and assist with customers’ enquiries and need prompt feedback.
- Ensure timely deliveries.
- Prompt update to customers’ changing/ specific needs to other department in relation.
- Always maintain close relationships with customers.
- General functions.
- Assist Salesperson monitor collection for customers.
- Follow-up on specific functions requires from superior.
- Daily updating of order received in forecast file (sales tracking).
- Follow-up n customers’ complaints.
- Consistent updating of new parts/ changes to forecast file.
- Ensure billing to customers are received.
- Vendors cheque distribution and handle receiving customers cheques.
- Ensure distributing records are updated consistently.
- Assume role of clerical function should circumstances requires.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
