b. To be responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail. A register for outgoing mail shall be maintained.

**Specific Responsibilities:

- **
- Handle tough or complex customer issues by analyzing said problems and provide effective solutions in addressing customer complaints.
- Use customer service practices and procedures to support and assist in developing tactical customer service strategies. This includes : amendments and cancellations, system updates, customer update, complaints and follow up.
- Coordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives.
- Oversee the effectiveness of the “Front Desk Assistance” operation.
- Ensure proper functioning of the department by determining the necessary resources and tools available for quality customer service delivery.
- Oversee the effectiveness of providing solution to call-in or walk-in customers on their requests, product exchange, enquiries and complaints and resolved the problem with the respective departments.
- Prepares regular administrative and management reports and filing duties.

**Qualification (Education, Experiences, Skill):

- **
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree OR Diploma level or more than 1-year experience in Customer Service and Administrative Management.
- Good command in English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Words/Excel/Power point)
- Able to prepare report, good analytical skill.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
