- Provide effective solutions for a customer issue.
- Follow up and respond back to the user in a timely manner.
- Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal, communication, verbal, and written skills
- The ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as well as multitask, using multiple systems to service our Customers
- Assertiveness to handle difficult conversations
- Critical, analytical, and forward-thinking with problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail

**Additional Details**:
Job Location : Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang

Working Hour : 8:30 a.m. -5.00 p.m.

Able to travel to the workplace

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.74 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
- Bahasa (preferred)
