**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in project management and execution.
- Assist in producing technical documents and project documentations.
- Assist in internal process automation through google document, Asana and all related software.
- Assist to manage, consolidate and validate the project requirements by engaging internal and external stakeholders to meet the project scope and timeline within an allocated budget.
- Assist in the full life cycle of project implementation, from project planning, execution, monitoring & control, risk management, go-live and project closure.
- Understand the project risk and assist in strategizing towards minimizing or eliminating the risk impact to the project.
- Assist in making a project Gantt chart and execute it in a timely manner to ensure project milestones are achieved or the project is closed on time.
- Assist in developing and manage project plans & WBS and coordinate the activities of the internal project teams and subcontractors.
- Assist in inventory management control and tracking movement of goods.
- Arranging and receiving shipments of materials, and examining deliveries to ensure accurate quantities, quality and specifications.
- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse/workshop/storage area.
- Perform any ad-hocs assignments given by superior.

**Job & Skill Requirements**:

- Required language (s): English. Other languages; e.g. Malay, Chinese are advantageous.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
- Ability to generate, share, and follow through on creative ideas.
- Ability to collaborate with others as well as work independently.
- Required skill (s): Solidworks, Microsoft Office, Google Drive & tools, and project management tools.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
