Position: Sr Project Manager

Project Type: F&B Manufacturing Project

Location: Johor

Responsibilities:

Manage Company scope of services and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Reinforce Company's scope with the client to prevent scope creep.
  • Identify and sell additional Company services as needed to support project success.

Oversee commercial delivery of services to the customer, including:

  • Client invoicing, internal financial reporting, and forecasting.
  • Installation contractor contract administration (on behalf of the client).
  • Company design consultant contract administration.

Manage construction contract packages (on behalf of the client):

  • Develop scopes of work and issue tenders for installation contractors.
  • Evaluate proposals and negotiate contracts in coordination with the client.
  • Review and negotiate value engineering efforts with subcontractors and design teams.
  • Approve contractor pay applications and manage change orders.

Develop and maintain overall program schedules:

  • Integrate contractor schedules into the master program schedule.

  • Provide weekly/monthly schedule updates to the client.

  • Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports and lead project status meetings.

  • Lead internal Company team (APM, PM, QS, Scheduler, Safety, Quality).
  • Coordinate with Company field leadership (Construction Manager, Safety Lead, Quality Lead).
