APAC Finance Business Services Team is seeking a highly motivated **Accounts Payable (AP), Specialist / Associate - **to support the **Singapore Market **and** **our team in providing quality service to our Finance stakeholders. **Responsibilities** The** AP Specialist / Associate **will report to the AP Service Delivery Lead. Based in Malaysia, the AP Specialist / Associate will focus on executive of AP related processes e.g. supplier creation, invoice matching and payment. Primary: - Perform 3-way match in the Inventory Warehouse System for all incoming invoices for the different warehouses across Singapore - Recording of invoice in the Accounting system - Ensure accuracy of invoices and outgoing payments - Keep track of all expenditures and outgoing payments - Other AP related processes - Continuous improvement of the end-to-end Accounts payable process - Ad-hoc finance or administrative support to the finance team **Requirements**: - Minimum 1-4 years experience of post qualification experience in an audit firm, or inhouse role. - Diploma or Bachelor degree required in Accounting, Finance or another relevant field - Proficient in Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, vLookups etc.) - Previous experience in Shared Service Center or retail business is a plus - Previous experience in SAP or other ERP is preferred - Proficient in Chinese is a plus - Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented and employs a proactive approach to problem-solving - Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment - **Open to fresh grads but need to have internship experience in audit firms** **What we offer** - A dynamic and challenging work environment. - A company committed to developing you personally and professionally. - A great working atmosphere with regular company and team events. - A vibrant and international team committed to diversity and inclusion. - Responsibility from day one in a fast growing and global company. - Other benefits include free food, health and dental insurance, and learning and development opportunities foodpanda is operated by the Delivery Hero Group ("DH Group"), the global leader in the food delivery industry, processing over 4 million orders daily, operating in 40+ markets, with over 25,000 employees and approximately 600,000+ restaurant partners worldwide.
