**Key Responsibilities: -**
- Monitor and oversee the day-to-day operations of site / new / existing location.
- Ensure that all facilities and amenities are in optimal condition.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to address any site-related issues.
- Regularly inspect and maintain the POD.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the POD.
- Ensure the security and privacy of our members and their belongings.
- Respond to technical support requests from customers and address their issues promptly.
- Collaborate with any internal / external party eg. IT support teams to resolve complex

technical issues.
- Manage and maintain the booking and reservation / booking systems.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on availability.
- Assist customers with booking-related inquiries and troubleshoot any booking system issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members, addressing their technical concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Educate customers on how to use and maximize the available technology and facilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
