Supported by advanced technologies and stringent quality systems, it ensures consistent product excellence and operational efficiency.  Job Description Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, assembling, packing, and unpacking of goods.Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and feedback to maintain productivity and quality standards.Assist in planning and implementing warehouse processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery and effective coordination of warehouse activities.Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare required reports to support smooth operations.Identify process improvement opportunities and propose actionable recommendations to enhance warehouse performance.Secure the yard and storage areas by performing lock-up and unlocking duties as required.Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within warehouse operations.Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to best practices for safety, equipment maintenance, and stock preservation.Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and related tools, safely and efficiently to support daily activities. Job Requirements At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.Good organizational and analytical abilities with a proven capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and coordinate team members effectively.Strong in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office software.Solid understanding of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and distribution processes.Able to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
