Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Trading Support & Operations Specialist Reporting to: Trading System Manager Working hours: Regular (2pm - 11pm) Location: KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur Responsibilities: Support onboarding for Managed Accounts and Social Trading clients. Handle daily operational tasks (strategy setup, withdrawals, commissions, troubleshooting). Monitor account activities and ensure procedures are followed. Provide support via live chat, email, and phone. Guide clients/partners on MT4/MT5 and trading products. Help retain and grow client relationships. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Candidate profile: 1+ year experience in Forex/CFD brokerage (Support/Operations/Client Service preferred). Knowledge of MT4/MT5 and basic Forex calculations.
