  1. To facilitate and monitor the class activities and forum participation in the Personalized Learning Space (PLS) for the assigned courses.
  2. To prepare and mark the student's assessments (continuous and final assessments)for the

    assigned courses.
  3. To monitor counselling activities with respect to student performance.
  4. To engage in assessment duties, i.e. the production of assessment questions/papers, assessment marking and moderation.
  5. To conduct research and write academic papers for discussions, conferences and publications in academic forums and journals.
  6. To be responsible for preparation of the MQA documents.
  7. To assist the school in programmes and partners as assigned by the Dean.
  8. To undertake reasonable academic tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management of AeU.
  9. To perform any other relevant tasks given by the Dean and Management from time to time
