Role Description

The
Senior Quality Engineer/ Quality Engineer

is essential to ensure that the materials, processes, and products consistently meet the highest quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for assisting and implementing quality systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating closely with cross-functional departments in a fast-paced, process-driven manufacturing environment.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Bioresources (Pulp & Paper).
  • Minimum 2 years of quality experience.
  • Experience in process-driven industries such as chemical plants, oil refineries, corrugated box plants, or milling plants are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in implementing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Proficiency in coding or QA software tools for data analysis, SPC, or process monitoring.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
