Job Summary:

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction engineering projects, ensuring completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation through completion.
  • Plan and control project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with design, production, procurement, and quality teams throughout project execution.
  • Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Conduct technical meetings and maintain communication with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
  • Apply cost control and value engineering techniques to enhance project efficiency and profitability.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide hands-on engineering support as needed.
  • Mentor junior engineers and supervise project team members.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 5 years in project engineering or project management in construction environments.
  • Language:
    Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with clients from China.
