About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management professional to join our dynamic team at MY NAFCO PRECISION SDN. BHD. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. As a Project Management coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of our engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including setting project objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and milestones effectively
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to optimise project processes and procedures
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project team members

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 1~3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the engineering or aerospace industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
