About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at JUPITER PROTECTION SDN BHD' as a Project Engineer. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of key engineering projects in Seremban Negeri Sembilan. This is a contract role, offering the chance to contribute your expertise to complex, high-profile initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement and quality assurance, to drive project objectives
  • Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to senior stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans as needed
  • Collaborate with clients and other external partners to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in using project management software and other relevant tools
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Able to write and converse in English with second language in Malay and Mandarin.
