Officer / Assistant Manager - Customer Relationship Management

We're looking for a motivated and goal-driven person to help us build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Accountabilities:
This role supports customer retention by proactively tracking contract timelines, communicating with clients and coordinating internally to ensure smooth and timely renewals.
- Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, preferences and feedback.
- Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively initiate renewal discussions.
- Coordinate internally to prepare updated pricing, terms and renewal proposal.
- Send renewal notices to clients and follow up regularly until completion.
- Negotiate renewal terms with clients ensuring mutual satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain an accurate contract database.
- Provide regular updates and renewal status and at risk accounts to management.
Education and requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or 2 years experiences in related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to details.
- Customer-oriented mindset with focus on retention and satisfaction.
