What you'll be doing?
  • Assist in Tenders: Collaborate with the Contract Manager to prepare tenders and cost estimates.
  • Supplier Management: Source, negotiate, and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare cost comparisons, contract documents, and progress claims.
  • Site Coordination: Liaise with site teams to resolve cost and contractual issues.
  • Financial Oversight: Handle variation orders, progress payments, and final accounts.
  • Cost Control: Support the Contract Manager in maintaining cost control and documentation.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in interior renovation or construction-related projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients is crucial for this role.
  • Personal Attributes: Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
