Job Description:

· Directly overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting, internal and external audit, corporate governance, legal, and compliance functions.

· Delivering reliable financial and management reporting, including timely and accurate financial statements, result analysis, liquidity, and cash flow reports.

· Implement accounting and internal control policies according to the Group's guidelines and requirements

· Ensure proper & sufficient control measures are in place to protect company's assets

· Continuously review and improve processes to increase productivity and efficiency. This includes implementing new and enhancing existing systems.

· Ensure adequate funding for the business while effectively managing cash flow to reduce funding costs.

· Leading and managing enterprise risk management functions to establish mitigating actions and controls for reducing residual risks.

· Tax planning

· Work closely with business leaders to improve profit margins

· Provide leadership and guidance to the Finance team so that they can function independently

· Liase with the relevant authorities to ensure that all statutory requirements are met

Job Requirements:

· Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.

· Prior experience in a large audit firm is an advantage.
