Job Description :

  • Maintaining systematic accounting records by entering data into the system.
  • Preparing a full set of accounts for month-end and year-end closing
  • Monitoring accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collection and payment.
  • Performing all reconciliations, including intercompany reconciliations and fixed assets schedules.
  • Managing SST-related matters and preparing SST returns bi-monthly
  • Liaising with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and government authorities
  • Continuous improvements of internal controls and process/system improvements.
  • Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties duties assigned by a superior from time to time.

Requirement :

  • Demonstrates good analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Pays meticulous attention to details, ensuring accuracy in financial records and transactions.
  • Adapts well to changes in accounting standards, organizational processes and industry regulations.
  • Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing, facilitating clear understanding of financial information.
  • Works well within a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common financial objectives.
  • Efficiently manages time and resources to meet deadlines and deliver accurate financial reports.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and a willingness to embrace new technologies for efficient financial management.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and accounting principles.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Diploma or equivalent

Year of Experience :

  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
