1. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Science, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years working experience in quality assurance or quality control is preferred.

2. Job Description:

  • The QA Engineer will support the QA Assistant Manager in executing quality assurance activities, including quality testing, audits, documentation control, and improvement projects across departments. The role also involves data analysis, system maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration to meet quality requirements.

3. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inspection and testing of materials, processes, and finished products.
  • Analyse quality trends and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Support internal audits, CoA preparation, and corrective action follow-up.
  • Maintain and update quality assurance documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality system (QMS, EMS, RBA) initiatives.

4. Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
  • Good data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with quality tools (SPC, FMEA, 5S, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Effective communication and coordination skills across departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and QA software (Minitab, JMP).
