- Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and supplier statements.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal departments on billing and payment matters.
- Assist with SST/GST, tax schedules, and audit preparations (if applicable).
- Perform any other accounting or administrative duties as assigned.
