Job Description

-Active Directory Administration: Manage Active Directory including user account creation, modification, and deletion, as well as group policy management.

-Office Equipment Management and Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment such as copiers and printers, PC's and Notebook

-Cooperate with headquarter IT and participated to build network /server/Firewall, administering of VLAN/lP address for every network device and managing share folder file in server for every dept and user using

-Manage and Monitor Performance of All IT Infrastructure-related Systems: including servers, storage, network, CCTVs, security and backups etc.

-On-site investigate, layout design, implementing whole factory network infrastructure: W-Fl Access Point, computer network point, CCTV, Door Access system, and etc on going

-Responsible for the procurement of IT equipment, software and related devices including follow up procurement process and supporting in requirement scoping

  • Email setup and administration

-Cooperate and assist with headquarter IT to implement software (MES\OA\ERP),MES hardware setup: Barcode Printer, tablets, PDA, barcode scanner, software installation

-Create Manual/Guide about IT Equipment/Apps/Software for User guide

-IP Phone system/ Door Access /Canteen system implementation (in process of sourcing), understanding for concept to setup and equipment needed

-Assist to migrate outlook mail system for all company users due to many restrictions from Microsoft, request by customer and user site

Job requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply for this role.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pro-active and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem solving, communication and analytical thinking skills.
