Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

  • Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and specialty beverages in accordance with outlet standards, recipes, and guest requests.
  • Recommend beverages and upsell premium products through professional and personalized suggestions.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, including seasonal cocktails, alcohol selections, and food pairings.
  • Ensure the bar counter, tools, and glassware are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service in line with company and legal guidelines.
  • Assist in managing bar stock inventory, restocking supplies, and performing daily opening and closing duties.
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation for every drink served.
  • Prepare ingredients, garnishes, and pre-mixes to support efficient service.
  • Comply with all hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Support event setups and private functions to ensure smooth and professional bar operations.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology, and beverage service.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Responsible, well-groomed, and committed to maintaining high service standards.
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
