We're Hiring: Project Assistant- Mandarin Speaking| 3 to 6- month extendable contract | On- Site, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We're looking for a
Project Assistant
to support our clients Project Manager team in day-to-day project coordination and documentation activities.

  • Location:
    Malaysia
  • Duration:
    3 to 6-Month Extendable Contract
  • Experience:
    1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Language Requirement:
    Must be able to communicate effectively in
    Chinese (Mandarin)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in managing and organizing project documentation.
  • Prepare English-language project management reports and presentation materials.
  • Support in tracking and monitoring project progress to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in both
    English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
