Job Title: Marketing Executive (Social Media, KOC/KOL & Web/E-commerce)

Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500 (Basic)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Marketing Executive with proven marketing experience to manage social media content execution, KOC/KOL collaborations, and support website/e-commerce initiatives. This role requires strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, plus solid operational ability to run campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Management

  • Plan, coordinate and execute social media content across platforms (IG/TikTok/FB etc.).
  • Work with internal team/creators to deliver content on schedule (shoot planning, content calendar, captions, basic briefs).
  • Monitor performance and provide regular reporting & improvement recommendations.

KOC/KOL Campaign Execution

  • Identify, recruit and manage KOC/KOL partners (briefing, negotiation support, deliverables tracking).
  • Coordinate seeding/campaign workflow, approvals, posting timelines, and results compilation.

Website / E-commerce Support

  • Manage/update basic website content (landing pages, banners, product info) with team support.
  • Support e-commerce operations/knowledge: product listing, campaign pages, basic CRM/promo mechanics, coordinating with platforms/partners.

Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Support marketing campaign execution, offline-online integration, and cross-team coordination.
  • Ensure deliverables are met with good quality and timeline control.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years marketing working experience (social media + campaign execution).
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin
  • Experience handling social media content end-to-end (planning + execution).
  • Experience managing KOC/KOL collaborations.
  • Knowledge of website/e-commerce basics (CMS, landing pages, product listing, simple tracking).
  • Strong coordination skills, proactive, able to work independently and with a team.

Nice to Have

  • Basic performance marketing understanding (Meta/TikTok ads concepts) is a plus.
  • Familiar with reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, GA4 basic).
  • Ability to guide junior team members/assistants.
