Duties:• Responsible for implementing and maintaining Security Programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and established standards and statutory requirements.• Organize, implement and enforce Safety Activities/Training for security team constantly.• Assist in developing, maintaining and updating of SOP along with department policies and implementation and training of such policies and manual.• Responsible for complete and accurate Incident Reports delivered in a timely manner.• Direct or coordinates the periodic assessment/audit of school facilities and grounds to determine safety and security issues.• Coordinates with site -based administrators, Maintenance and Facilities to address and correct safety/security issues on school campus.• Prepare memo, reports, drawings related to safety and traffic issues on school campuses and forward those to Maintenance, Facilities or other appropriate locations.• Receives all reports of school crime from site -based administrators.• Keep the management informed of any mal -practices of employees and suggest systems to ensure continual security for students.• Check CCTV daily.• Check all security rounding logs.• Ensure security guard attendance daily, guards are well groomed and handle their duties diligently.• Perform any other duties as instructed by the management from time to time as required Requirements Education & Experience• Diploma/Degree in Security Management or equivalent.• Prefer minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in as Security Officer or ex -police personnel.• Maintaining close liaison with relevant authority such as the Police Force.
