Qualifications

  • Candidate must have at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent 'O' Level qualification.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in retail sales or related fields.
  • Good communication skills are required to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Skilled in sales techniques to achieve the set sales targets.
  • Experience using Point of Sale (POS) systems for sales transactions and inventory management.
  • Able to speak and write in both English and Malay fluently.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Knowledge of audio products such as Bareton, Black Spider, Hik Vision, Toa, JBL, RCF, EV, Alto is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve customers in a friendly manner and assist them in selecting suitable audio system products based on their needs.
  • Provide product demonstrations and clear technical explanations highlighting the features and benefits of various audio systems.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
  • Handle sales transactions using the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries, solving issues, and offering after-sales support.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge on the latest audio system products, including brands such as Bareton, Black Spider, Hik Vision, Toa, JBL, RCF, EV, and Alto.
  • Arrange and ensure product displays in the store are always neat, attractive, and organized.
  • Attend product training and development sessions to improve sales skills and technical knowledge.
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
