Job Description:

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive traffic, and achieve business objectives across the Southern Region.
  • Translate corporate goals into impactful regional marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with Sunway Malls' brand direction.

Marketing & Communications Excellence

  • Lead advertising, promotions, events, PR, and creative design to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Ensure effective communication strategies across digital, social, and offline platforms that resonate with target audiences.

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Forge strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and alliances that amplify marketing impact and generate commercial value.
  • Collaborate closely with township and regional teams to develop integrated campaigns that support both mall and community initiatives.

Team Leadership & Operational Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to ensure strong execution and continuous professional growth.
  • Manage annual marketing budgets, monitor performance through data insights, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic marketing or retail management, preferably in shopping malls or property industry.
  • Strong leadership, creative thinking, and partnership-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, team player and analytical abilities.
  • Willing to be based in
    Sunway Big Box (Iskandar Puteri, Johor).
