  • Certified Halal Executive (if any)
  • Certified Food Handler Training (if any)

Responsibility

1. Food Safety & Halal Compliance

  • Coordinating foodline staff to comply with authority requirements (Typhoid vaccination/Food Handler Training
  • To assist with visitation & audit from the authority (MOH/PBT/JAKIM)
  • Check Food Safety & Halal compliance (Staff/ Department)
  • To maintain HACCP & HALAL system certification at outlets
  • To assist in pest monitoring
  • To assist and investigate on customer complaints related to food/halal

2. Conduct Training (Internal)

  • Chemical training
  • CCP training
  • Halal-related training

3. To conduct an audit (internal)

  • To conduct monthly Food Safety & Halal Audit
  • To conduct a cross Food Safety & Halal Audit at any of AEON outlets (if any)

4. Others

  • Report submission – Food Safety & Halal
  • Attending meeting & training (if any)
  • Document compilation related to Food Safety & Halal compliance
  • Advise the store manager on Food Safety & Halal related issues.
