Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement both online and offline marketing strategies to promote clinic services (e.g. health screenings, vaccinations, wellness packages).
  • Manage the clinic's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Work with basic design tools (e.g. Canva) to produce posters, banners, bunting, and other marketing materials for clinic promotions.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Analyse marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in improving patient communication and engagement through newsletters, WhatsApp campaigns, or follow-up messages.
  • Ensure all communications and materials reflect the clinic's image, values, and branding guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge or background in healthcare/medical/clinical industry is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing; preferably in healthcare, wellness, or clinical services.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Ability to design, plan, and execute marketing campaigns for clinical services (e.g. health screenings, wellness packages).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design skills (Canva/Adobe/CapCut) and photography/video editing skills are advantageous.
