Telemarketing QA

The Quality Assurance (QA) team supports the Telemarketing Department and regional teams by ensuring smooth and efficient operations. QA is responsible for maintaining accuracy, consistency, and compliance in all sales, administrative, and technical processes. The team also monitors data, reconciles reports, coordinates with various departments, and provides timely support to TM and insurer/takaful partners to ensure daily operations run seamlessly.

QA DUTIES AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Support Finance by preparing accurate daily reports and reconciling closed cases.
  • Reassign leads in TMV2 and ensure all lead information is correct before transferring.
  • Review and resolve underpaid cases; follow up with relevant departments when needed.
  • Monitor and respond to emails from TM reports and TM help inboxes.
  • Coordinate user access creation, updates, and removal for TM staff.
  • Check and verify refund requests before submitting to Finance.
  • Reconcile TM activity reports and resolve discrepancies.
  • Track pending transactions and update Finance on payment statuses.
  • Compile and redistribute drop-off leads to TM teams.
  • Conduct random call monitoring using Accordia and prepare findings reports.
  • Assist AIG team with ID creation and administrative support.
  • Prepare attendance, overtime, and claims reports for HR.
  • Coordinate maintenance of devices and equipment with Admin/Tech teams.
  • Filter leads, prepare CSV files, and manage email blasting via Send Portal.
  • Support additional insurance/takaful operations tasks as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
