Job Summary:

The Executive, Quality Assurance will play a critical role in supporting the university's quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with national regulatory requirements (MQA, MOHE, AACSB), and assisting in preparations for international accreditation. This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the university's continuous improvement culture and global standing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation and submission of accreditation documents to regulatory bodies such as MQA, MOHE, and AACSB.
  • Assist in compiling and updating data for reports, audits, and self-assessment documentation, including SAR and CQI tracking.
  • Collaborate with faculties and departments to ensure academic programmes meet quality assurance requirements and standards.
  • Coordinate mock assessments, internal quality reviews, and compliance audits.
  • Assist in developing and refining institutional policies, SOPs, and guidelines aligned with both local and international benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting systems for institutional data, including AACSB-related metrics and faculty qualifications.
  • Liaise with academic and administrative units to monitor AACSB standards such as Assurance of Learning (AoL), faculty sufficiency, and engagement.
  • Provide administrative support for quality-related meetings, workshops, and external panel visits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in higher education or quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with MQA standards, MOHE requirements, and international accreditation bodies, especially AACSB.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
