Job description :

1. Warehouse Operations

  • Count and update stock movement (in/out) for both booths and TikTok Shop.
  • Prepare online parcels: log in to TikTok account, download airway bills, document parcel details in Excel, pack and label parcels, and print manifests.
  • Arrange booth and warehouse supplies (bags, tester strips, filling materials, etc.).
  • Fold perfume boxes, assemble packaging, and assist in filling or labeling processes once new stock arrives.

2. Office Operations

  • Update warehouse inventory tracking sheet and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in social media updates related to upcoming events, promotions, and content coordination.

3. Booth Operations

  • Assist in booth setup and dismantling during events or roadshows.
  • Support promoters during operation hours, learning sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Conduct basic event research; identifying upcoming locations or fairs suitable for booth participation.
  • Observe and report booth performance, customer responses, and improvement suggestions.

4. Special Project

  • Support recruitment and documentation of promoters.
  • Handle stock requests, replacements, or returns for the project.

Requirements:

  • For male candidate only
  • Minimum diploma in any business related programme
  • Good communication and basic computer skills ( Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
  • Able to work independently and as part of the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
