Work location: TT3 Tabuan Tranquility, Kuching

Job Responsibilities:

· Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy.

· Process and post receipts and payments in a timely manner.

· Ensure proper accounts documentation.

· Perform mthly reconciliation of the statement of accounts and investigate reconciling differences.

· Deals with internal counterpart e.g.: farm & outlets PIC for queries and resolve it promptly.

· Monitor invoice due dates and promptly inform the sales team for follow-up.

· Send weekly or monthly statements to customers and sales representatives.

· Support auditor in conducting external audits.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply)
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word.
  4. Positive, organize, proactive, meticulous, and good time management.
  5. Able to work independently.
  6. Strong sense of task ownership
